Today the great fear is Al-Qaeda. Americans across the nation fear another 9-11 type attack by fanatics using nuclear, chemical or biological weapons. And yet the little known fact is Al-Qaeda is practically an American Intelligence creation. In the 1980’s we armed, trained and supplied the very same people who today are attempting to destroy this country. The weapon we pointed at the Soviet Union came back to haunt and hunt America. This is the story about another "weapon" that American Intelligence procured in the fight against the Russians. A "biological" weapon that turned itself against the very people who tried to harness and then use it. It escaped, and now not only are the weapons handlers at risk, but every human being on the planet. The men in power forgot one very important fact. When you ask the Devil to dance, he ALWAYS calls the tune.
